Role Based Security

user permissions by role

Manage and organize your site's permissions via user roles.

Evoq administrators can assign CMS authors to one or more user roles. Permissions on pages and modules can then be applied to particular roles.

For example, the Marketing Department user role can be granted permissions to update the product pages on a website, while the HR Department user role can update the job listings page.

Managing Permissions by Role

You can choose the activities permitted for each user role: View, Add, Copy, Delete and more. In addition, with a single click, you can apply the permissions of the current page to all descendant (child) pages.

Efficiently manage users' permissions.

Instead of managing permissions for individual users, assign them to user roles and apply permissions to that role.
