I would like to know if there are any materials in the web can teach me how to create a new modules for dnn?

I have followed one from code project

http://www.codeproject.com/aspnet/Creating_A_DNNModule.asp

However, i follow it to create a new module. However, in the section of "Setting Up The Module in DotNetNuke", i cannot find the GuestBook.SqlDataProvider which appears in the tutorial once create the module... I would like to know how to create it back? Or is it just the versioning problem? i am using DNN 4.3.7? If this is the case, can i just skip this section or jump into section?

Thank you.

That tutorial is out of date. Please see the updated version:

Using the DotNetNuke Website Starter Kit

The new procedure is:

From the HOST menu select "Module Definitions"

Click the small down arrow in the upper left hand corner of the Module Definitions menu and select "Create New Module"

Select "GuestBook.dnn" in the Module Manifest drop-down and click Install
