Where do I upload these DLLs from?  Also, how can we notify DNN, Inc. of this nasty error?  Is there a public issue tracker where we can see if this is part of the official bug trackng?

You upload to the bin folder in the root directory.

And you can do a quick fix by following instructions here

There is no need to add to the tracker - I think that it's not a bug - someone removed the DLL since they thought it wasn't needed.   Perhaps more thorough testing would have stopped this from happening. But you can easily fix it up when you know how.

I was under the impression you only needed the TreeView DLL modules - so your other ones are new to me.

Perhaps you've write that it is only the TreeView dll... but I don't have examinated this to be sure... So I've put all the .dll's that were in the earlier version... in the bin folder... When I've time I'll look at this...

Fresh 4.4.1 installations will break as soon as the core vertical tree skin object is used - how can that not be a bug in need of fixing?!  Personally I spent 4 hours of head scratching to find a solution and there is no mention of the problem in the release notes or similar.

This is from the DotNetNuke defect log, # DNN-4973.  I grabbed the DLLs from another DNN install file and it fixed the same problem for me.
