I'm using the Blog module for just myself, with one blog only. Is there a way to display the main Blog module as though you had clicked through to the blog itself (i.e. instead of Page/tabid/36, straight to Page/tabid/36/BlogID/1/default.aspx)?

AFAIR Personal blog lets you select only one blog to be displayed. To use it, Add a new page and a new blog module. Set this one to Personal Blog and only that will show.  This setting is called "Personal Blog Page" and is located under Module Options.
