I still can't have registered users able to post. Please guide me in more detail way. Thanks!

Sorry! I can't find that setting. I have pointed to "host" and chose "Module Definitions" and edit the Forum Module but I still can't find the setting you told. What have I done wrong?

To get to the setting, click on the "arrow" icon from the forum module.  (On the page that is has been placed on).  Select the "Settings" option.  Under the permissions section give "registered users" edit permissions to the module.  In the forums module this gives a user posting permissions and not administration permissions.

Follow this way:
- Goto Settings of Forum Module.
- Set Edit Module Permission to Registed User.
- Update.
---> Run OK.
