Hi, I'm having problems with links to internal pages. In my portal I have two languages. When I put links to internal pages in the links module then that internal page will be displayed in the user's default language and not in the language that was selected for the page that contains the links module. I think that's a mistake or am I wrong? There is no change of the language if I'm using a link in a HTML-Module.

The example: My default language is English. I switch the language to German, watch a page and click on a link to an internal page. That page will be displayed in English but it should be in German.

Is there a special setting I have to change or what else can I do to block that switch of the language?

Thanks,

Axel

Axel,
can you provide me a link where I can see this in action? I think I understood what you are saying, but I want to double check it.

I'm experiencing the same behaviour.

Is there a way to fix this problem?

Which DNN version? The language selector has changed significantly in DNN 4.6 and is now able to include the language in the URL, though I am not sure, how it behaves with internal links w/o language parameter.

I'm using DNN version 4.5.5, because I had to make it XHTML compliant and there was documentation on how to make DNN 4.5.X XHTML compliant.
