I hired an expert to install DNN 4.4.1 for me. After hours of configuring asp.net and other items, he finally got it installed...on the local host of my web server and it is not located on any domain. I have a few questions.

My goal is to have a production website. How do I move or configure this install of DNN to be accessed via the web? Presently my plesk does not have sql support. So I have to do this in windows.

My second question:

There are alot of  "L"s in brackets. What does that mean?

thanks

Now that you have the site setup in IIS under localhost, you should be able to add additional "Websites" in IIS and point them all to your same folder.  DNN can then work with the URL sent to it and use the portalalias feature to serve up the desired content.

Where are you seeing the <L> items?

The easiest way to get DNN up and running is with a hosting specialist like Websecurestores (I am sure there are others but I can only recommend WSS from personal expereince.) You can even get a subscription to Scott McCulloch's excellent modules over at ventrian.com if you use him as your referrer for websecurestores (again no link, they are just really good modules)
