It's the form.ascx.resx in the App_Resources under your template directory.

Ok, but in Local Resources > DesktopModules > Repository > App_LocalResources > Form.ascx
there insn't nothing to translate.. why?
I have seen the file with a text editor and .. nothing to translate.. only code

You're close. That .resx file is a place holder to prevent errors from showing in the logs. It's in Local Resources > DesktopModules > Repository > Templates > [THE TEMPLATE YOU ARE USING] > App_LocalResouces

I have modified the files "form.ascx" one by one (changing only one word for fast results) in all my Templetes but the results are the same;
