Basic question: How do you quickly and cleanly create the thumbnail pics to accompany your skins and containers? (They are displayed on the Admin > Skins or Host > Skins pages.) I take screen shots and then crop them, but I find this to be time-consuming and it is sometimes hard to make sure they are all the same size/dimensions. Suggestions? Is there some automated way that  I'm missing?

Sorry - I wrongly assume everyone is a designer here :)

Firework-Macromedia (now Adobe) is the low cost Photoshop that a lot of designers use. it can batch export to verious sizes and file types from number of images. We screen grab all the containers and pages then use that to cut them to size and export them to JPG

I am using the Windows Vista snipping tool to get the large image.  I am then using my Image Shrinker application to create thumbnails of each image.  WOrks like a charm.  Information on my image shrinker program can be found here http://www.mitchelsellers.com/
