Try setting this option if you haven't already:

navigate to host -> host settings -> expand "Advanced Settings" -> expand "Other Settings" -> Enter a value for the "Site Log History (days)" option and hit "Update"

Afterwards, while logged in as host, go to Site Settings for the portal and check the same values in the host options section.

Hey, thanks so much for this! It does work! (And thanks for the second post about the Host settings... at first I didn't go to the second page and didn't see that post.)

Anyhow, what do you suggest for a decent time period for this?

Best,

Katherine

The time period that you would set here really depends on how much traffic the site gets and and how big you want to let the database get...I would think that 7 days would be sufficient for the average DNN user, but anyone else feel free to chime in with any thoughts on that...

Have you noticed that the "File System" option to store the records of the site log, doesn't work?

I mean, using DNN 4.4.1 if you want to store the site log using the file system instead of the database (brinkster charges for the database space) the Site log doesn´t work, it says that the feature has been disabled by the host.

Any help here?
