In the admin menu when I try to access the site log options I get this error 'Your Hosting Provider Has Disabled the Site Log History Feature For Your Portal."

I have full access to the server, what must I do to turn it on? Thanks!

Let me guess, is your hosting provider Go Daddy? I'd love the answer to this question! Go Daddy's default statistics with the hosting package are worse than the free statistic packages out there from Statcounter or Sitemeter.. My guess is that they may want you to pay more to get the better Go Daddy statistics versus using the package that comes with Dot Net Nuke...

Best,

Katherine

*I* host my own server, hence why I want to know what I need to do to my w2k3 box or DNN to get it working :)

Wow.... I may be disparaging GoDaddy for no reason. I took that message literally that they did it. I didn't realize that it could be the default setting...

Thanks for clarifying.

Best,

Katherine

Try setting this option if you haven't already:

navigate to host -> host settings -> expand "Advanced Settings" -> expand "Other Settings" -> Enter a value for the "Site Log History (days)" option and hit "Update"
