I am using Dnn 4.4.1 version. I am using ClientAPI.Callback event, on this event I want to refersh a table/grid. How come I achieve this ?

There are many ways to handle this.  It all depends on which way you want to.  You could pass the arguments necessary to populate the grid/table into your callback function, have it render the html as the response, then set the innerHTML of the grid/table with the results as one way.  There are many more options as well...  not sure its worth going into many more.

DNN has supported AJAX (Asynchronous Javascript And XML) since version 3.2.
