With great help from the creators of ‘Ultra Media Gallery 3.0 Standard Edition’, Biz Modules they found that the problem also was in the XML Module which needs to be uninstalled in order to be able to install new modules in the future

I had the same problem when installing UMG and while renaming the dll's to old does work, you may also want to check out this post as there are other problems surrounding the new xml module.

The issue is neither related to medium trust nor to missing assemblies.
