1) DNN is installed as a Virtual Directory (VD) under the root. Is there any advantage in making it a separate web site?

2) URL for IIS: http://68.95.35.134/default.htm

3) URL for DNN: http://68.95.35.134/VideoHost/default.aspx

4) I mistakenly had NetworkService setup for the DNN site. Since I am running IIS 5, I removed NetworkService and added ASPNet with Full Control. No change, I still get the "HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden" message in IE.

There is an ASP.NET tab on the DNN web site settings and I verified that .NET 2.0.50727 is currently selected.

I just checked and verified that "default.aspx" was setup in the content page. It is also at the top of the list. I remember this being an one time when I was receiving the "The page not found" message.

Check your "documents" in IIS for the virtual directory, make sure default.aspx is listed as a default document.

Are you running this on Windows XP? Or Win2k? My best guess is you actually have it on a IIS 6 box, and need to turn on asp.net for the IIS settings.
