I've actually done a project quite like this, it's a 'social survey' engine that allows you to build survey's that tally responses against "indexes" to find an appropriate response - think: "What personality type are you?".  The particular project was extended to include "paste this code to your online profile" results that had unique images references - so that new people taking the quiz could be tracked through a "social pyramid", this helped identify where leads came from.  Based on the flow being very similar to code that I've created, I may be able to beat the competition on this particular project - however I wouldn't be able to begin work until sometime in june, as I'm in the middle of finishing up some large projects.  When it comes time that you're serious for a quote - drop me a note.  mattchristenson@realskydiving.com
