I'm quite sure that your portalalias(e) are wrong. You can correct / add this entry with a DBA-Tool (e.g. MS SQL Server Management Studio). Looking what entrys from the table "PortalAlias" are entered. You'll find 3 columns: PortalAliasID, PortalID and HTTPAlias. Do you've a ds with an entry in the HTTPAlias field "192.168.48.104/dotnetnuke"? 
When not add this entry. 
Another attempt (easier and sure) could be to assign a DNS entry to your LAN IP-number (e.g. 192.168.48.104 -> yourlandnn). Then create / adapt the settings on your IIS of your portal. The last step is to create a portalias entry in the db HTTPAlias field "yourlandnn/dotnetnuke"
