Hi,

I have set up two DNN servers.  Both have 1 portal and have Gallery module with same configuration.  In one portal, there is no problem in uploading the image files.  It can even upload from the zip files.  The other portal could upload image files with limited file size (upto 70KB) only.  The files above 70KB cannot be uploaded at all.  It does not show any error on the add file page and no error generated in the event viewer.  It cannot process the zip files and no errors shown on the add file page, when I check the event viewer, it had generated the following error.

What could be the problem, when it can work on one server and fails in the other.  Both have the same version of the Gallery module downloaded from the dotnetnuke website.  Am I missing anything on the server side?  Anyone could point out what is wrong?  Thanks.

Regards,

SS

the zip program does not recognize your file as valid zip, this can be due to usage of a non standard zip format or compression of the server

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.  This problem was resolved when I increased the maxRequestLength value in the web.config file.

Now the large indivdual image file and the image zip files can be uploaded without any problem.

Thanks and Regards,

SS
