I'm sure I saw something on this, but I can't find it again. I've just installed your latest patch version on my DNN 4.5.1 test site. The site seems to run fine, but I get the error shown below in the log. Is this the one related to the forums, or something separate?

I'm running on DNN 4.5.1 (forum 3.20.9 if that is relevant). I also had gallery 2006.12.08 installed and working fine with no errors (well not this one anyway... ). The only change I have done is install Gallery 04.01.00. When I start up the site I get this error, so something in the latest version has caused the problem.

I'll now go through uninstalling modules to try and identify where the clash is. In general the site has been upgrade from an early 3.x DNN release so there is a certain amount of clutter, but I thought I had cleared out old gallery remnants.

So, I'm going to update the event queue to show this message has been processed. Not sure there is any activity required by the upgrade to 4.1.0. Though I notice the error refers to 4.0.0.
