Even though you get the error, the module should still install correctly. Is it not installing at all for you?

Nope, the 3 aforementioned modules fail to load...not in the module drop down and when logged in as host and review the drop down of available modules, they aren't listed.

Would installing the MSDN "Library" have something to do with it?  I wasn't sure if I had to install this when installing VS 2005, and I notive the SQL and instance errors all site /mydomain/library in the localhost URLs...over my head. :)

Thanks for the info; I'll just putter around and continue to learn my around the platform until the next version comes out, then should be redy to get serious.  :)

If I may ask one final question that is sort of off-topic, but germane to the survey forms:

When I last installed DNN 4.3, I was able to get the survey module working fine.  The results, however, would extend the size of the container and push everything to the right (was dropped into the left pane).  Is there a way to constrain the size of the containers to a fixed width and the results would be scalable within the confines of the container? It looked fine when I responded twice with a 50/50 result, but after the first vote, the 100% bar was about 4" long on the screen. :)

Lastly, is it possible to somehow add some columns to the result records that pull the variables from the respective respondents' profile?  It would be nice if I added some addition demographics to the registration fields, then tied these demographic variables to their results.  Does that make sense?  For example, I would ask them their name, age, race, income, et al, during registration, then be able to drill down in the results and formulate some crosstabs on these data...haven't really played with the survey module to see how the records are stored. Does it simply record the results (# of people who choose A vs B), or does it also store the login name of the person who submitted a response?

Nonetheless, a great module that I look forward to playing with after the upcoming release.  Good stuff, sir.  Thanks.

Yes it is possible but it would take considerable code. Perhaps in a future version.
