But where is the actual "delete" button for threads or posts??

Available to "priveliged users" only.

Maybe I'm not understanding..

Where do I set priveliged user status?

Is that the same as trusted users?

I am looking for a way to allow moderators to delete posts or threads and me (the host admin) to delete threads or posts.

Thanks!

trusted users can modify their own posts, moderators can delete any post in a forum.
