I apologize if this has already been covered.   I have searched online and in the forums and I can't find anybody having exactly the same issue as this one, so I am sure it is probably just the way I have setup the forum.    I have recently installed DNN. 4.5.1 (which is the first version I have ever used) and I loaded the latest update on the Forum released in April.    Every day,  I see in the Event Viewer that the users are getting many, many Page Load Exceptions and General Exceptions from various modules in the Forum code.    And occasionally I personally will get 'Critical Error' on the Forum page, and when I check the Event Viewer there are the General Exception and Page Load Exceptions listed.    I do not see any detail in the Event Viewer errors that refer to missing stored procedures (as I have seen that others have this issue).   Just errors referring to the 'Object reference not set .......'  various modules.  I can't find a repeatable pattern on this....it just happens sometimes.   When I refresh the page it goes away.    Any ideas?   Should I reinstall the latest version of the Forum?       All suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It's hard to nail this one down, I would first check and make sure the Solpart Navigation is disabled (General Settings) and next I would upgrade to the newer version when its available (thinking it will be out in about a week or so, we will be dogfooding the release on this site shortly and you will know when that happens).

Thank you.   Yes, the navigation is disabled.   I am sure it must be something that I have done in the setup.   If it helps at all, most of the modules that register the errors are DotNetNuke.Modules.Forum.ForumInfo.Render,  DotNetNuke.Modules.Forum.ForumInfo.get_BreadCrumbs, DotNetNuke.Modules.Forum.Groups.RenderTopHeader, DotNetNuke.Modules.Forum.Container.Page_Init, DotNetNuke.Modules.Forum.Groups.RenderGroups, DotNetNuke.Modules.Forum.Threads.RenderNavBar,  and DotNetNuke.Modules.Forum.Posts.RenderCommands.    I believe these were also occurring before I upgraded to the latest version of the Forum.    I am waiting (very patiently :) ) for the newest  version, which looks very exciting.   Thank you for your time.
