Hi,

Apologies, I am new to DNN! The project home talks about the release of Forum 4.4.0 but from what I can see the most recent install download is 3.20.09. Am I missing something? Is there an install zip for 4.4.0? Or do I need to use the source files (in whcih case, can somone advise me where thes might be!)

I also don't understand why DNN team do this.... If a module is not available, they should not promote it in the FRONT page of a module (project). You are not the first user confused about that...

Take a look to the new forum module (not released yet) at www.dnnforums.com, looks great!

You'r right about the versionning. But keep in mind that they are just promoting and stating that there will be a new release in the future. This is the kind of communication i think many people would like to see from other project teams aswell. 

I personally think it's a better practice instead of lacking communication.

Thanks Chris for keeping up the good work and for sharing the info (althoug this might be confusing sometimes).
