My website was having font size problems. I went to Admin => Site Settings and selected a differnt skin/css for the admin section and then I updated the form. I was hit with a simple error message "an error has occurred" after updating the "Site Settings" form. Now the entire admin section is not working. I can't get to any page under Admin such as, "Site Settings, Tabs, Security Roles, User Accounts and etc.. Does anyone know the solution to this problem. It is very frustrating because selecting a differnt skin/css for the admin section shouldn't take the entire admin section DOWN!! PLEASE HELP!!

If you can get tot he file system, then you can rename the skin folder that you assigned and it should start working with the default skin again.

Can you please elaborate on this? Are you referring to the following folder "C:\Inetpub\wwwintranet\admin\Skins". I believe the dropdown was associated with "Admin Skin" or something like that, and I selected the first option from it which read "Not specified" and I updated the form. That's when I started facing all these problems. As of now, the folder mentioned above is what I see in the file system. Now do i have to go in this folder and update something?? or you are referring to something else? Thanks plenty on your previous quick reply!

Sorry.  The skin folders are in the /portals/_default/skins or in /portals/0/skins (where 0 is the portal number).

I see the following in this folder.

C:\Inetpub\wwwintranet\Portals\0\Skins\emagination.Bozzuto

Should I update something inside "emagination.Bozzuto" folder?
