Rob - you can do this right now with the categories. With 4.4.2 (and 4.4.3 which was just released today), you can setup categories as "MailTo" destinations. On the front end, user selects a given category name and on the back it emails the feedback to the email address(s) setup for that category name....

With 5.0 which is going into beta testing very shortly, you'll also be able to customize all the fields too...

Dave, setup the category as you would normally, but in the value field of the category, set it as an email address. Then from the settings page, make sure you check the checkbox which allows you to setup the category as a send to.
If the category list is displayed to the user and the user selects a given category, and it's identified as an email, it will send an email to the address setup.

hi..i'm trying to use this module as a contact us emailing method..but it doesn't seem like it's sending email when i hit "send"..i've tried to set the "Send To" email address in the setting still doesn't work..can someone help me on this matter>?  thanks..this is Feedback version 04.04.03
