We are DEEP into a very large DNN project and have run into a VERY bizzare problem. For some reason the site will register adding or deleting a module from a page, however - the module will still show up on the page, or not show up on the page seemingly randomly. Also, the SolPart menu doesn't seem to update when a page is added, however if you navigate to the home page, then poof the new page is there?

Any ideas?

More information: I THINK I've traced it down to a problem where for some reason the post back doesn't cause the event deleting the module to fire. When I click the Delete button, and it asks me if I want to delete this module, then it APPEARS to post back, however when I look in the database, no records have been deleted. I look at the site log, and there is no error that appears.

Are there any errors in the logs?

First place I would start looking is for unexpected caching either in DNN or maybe a proxy server.
