The Forum, blog and survey projects appear to be just starting in the process.

As for the UDT I don't see that one listed, but I do see that the events module is almost ready...

Hopefully we can get updates from the core team soon.

Cannot undertand why a modudule that was submitted to this process is taking so long. As far as I see, the things are moving really slow, wondering why?. The rare situation for me is, for example, Survey module has taking 32 days and did not move an inch (just using my limited information showed by the release tracking module)... so what is really going on? Is it the release tracking module syncronize with the reality?...another situation, why some folks here say that the forum module was dogfooding while ago (dotnetnule.com), but the release tracking just show 'one' square?

Any update or clarification about that module and the current situation will be appreciate, for me "looks like I am looking in the wrong direction".

Regards,

Alfonso

FYI we don't need to "look" in the project release tracker, if you're a resource with a responsibility for a stage you get emailed when a module moves into your area e.g. I got an automated email about the survey module being ready for me, so I'll be doing a security audit on it today/tommorow.  The projects are moving a bit slower than normal as we're focussed on getting 4.6 ready for testing just right now. We're also discussing ways that we can improve and speed up the module release process, as there are bottlenecks happening too often.

regarding the forum module, it's a bit of a special case. It originally "passed" it's module review, but the upgrade process was deemed to be too complicated (and therefore prone to user error), so the forums team refactored that area of code to make things a lot smoother. Therefore when the new version was released, it was this scenario that was specifically tested - i believe we updated a copy of the dotnetnuke site and database to test the install, so the install itself was being dogfooded. Based on the results of that, the other stages will then be examined, but it's expected to take a shorter time frame, as the majority of the code has not changed. As users of the forum, you'll all see when we're doing a full dogfooding test I'm sure.
