Hello:

My issue is in building the project.  It seems to build ok but the website that is opened says, "this site is currently unavailable."

This is the url:

http://localhost/DotNetNuke_2/Install/UnderConstruction.htm

Any ideas?

I'm using the source code version of the install.

Is there anything in your Versions table in your database?

No.  There are no tables in the database at all.

I followed the install doc for the source download.  I went over it several times and can't seem to find what went wrong.

I've created a new database with a user.  Configured the web.config with the database parameters.  Opened the project and built it.  The web page displays with an error.
