Could you give step by step direction, or at least a place where I can go to learn how to put my shared files, and forum in the drop down bar at the top of the page.  I would like it to be on the same line that home, admin, host (when I am logged in as host) are on, instead of at the bottom of the content pane, but under the move to file, it does not list anywhere except top pane, bottom pane, etc..

I'm not sure what you are asking. The menu that has home, admin and host is a list of the pages on the site which are not hidden. When you add a page, by default, it will be listed in the menu. If you create a page for your shared files and your forum, they should show up in the menu.
