Hi All,

I installed DNN 4.5.1.  Everything works fine, except when I drag and resize the browser, the page reloads (constantly in the case of a drag, once when I maximize or resize).

I check the Body tag and there is no Javascript OnLoad occuring.

Anyone else having this type of behavior?  Know what could be causing it?

Thanks!

THis is something I have never noticed.

Are you using any custom modules?  Wich versino of internet browser?  Which OS?

Hi Mitchell,  Thanks for replying.  For the browser, this behavior occurs on either IE 6.0 or Firefox 2.0 (haven't tried with others, but I assume it will exhibit the same behavior).

My particular OS on my laptop is XP Pro.  At home, it's XP Home (The website exhibits the same behavior there as well).

Custom modules?  I'm using some third party modules, if that's what you mean.  However, when I create a new page, with no modules laoded at all, I get the same behavior.  I've checked my .ascx files and see nothing that would cause it, but I'm not sure if it's in the .ascx and is elsewhere?

Aaahhhh....thank you Mitchell.  It was a third party module called "News Ticker" from Data Springs that was causing this peculiar behavior.  When I delete it, the constant reloading goes away.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
