Nope. It happens on a clean install. It doesn't occur in FireFox or IE6 though for some reason. Only IE7.

Hi,

This problem is really bumming me out. It is still happening to me and I really need help because I can not do anything to set up my site.

Can anyone help?

  Hey buddy. I feel your pain. Here is how I have dealt with it:

1) Use Firefox. The problem does not occur when using that browser.

2) For every module that allows you to "collapse" it, simply edit the Module Settings and set it's "visibility" setting to "None". That will remove the collapse icon and you won't have to deal with it. The downside, of course, is that you can't have collapsable content, but oh well. Better than no content at all until this is resolve or a root cause identified.

3) When trying to use Admin level settins, simply hover your mouse over the down arrow on the top bar that shows the drop down for Help. Then move your mouse over the items. For some reason, it causes the post back to work properly after you do that. I really should research what is transipiring in that part of javascript that suddenly makes the post back work properly when expanding collapsable areas but i'm running behind on my current web contract for a client!
