Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone could help me...
I have my DNN4 install on Fasthosts. Within the Fasthost control panel I can point domains at my primary installed domain using what Fasthosts call "Aliasing". This works just fine. DNN recognises the domain that is being called and "serves up" the correct website.
My problem is that Fasthosts either offer Aliasing without email, or full blown "Web hosting" with Email. But, if I choose the latter, it means the domain is pointing to a completely different webspace to where my DNN is installed.
So, what I have done is select "Web Hosting with Email" and repointed the A record of the domain at the ip address of my DNN4 install. This, *I thought*, should work.
But for some reason, it doesn't!!!
Has anyone any idea why please? Surely repointing the A record at the DNN4 ip address would be exactly the same as what Fasthosts calls "Aliasing"?
The only thing I can think of is that the "Host Headers" are being lost somehow and DNN4 doesn't know what to do? Could this be right? But why would this happen?
Check the following domain, its currently throwing a HTTP 400 Bad Request error.

Any advice chaps?
Thanks
