I would like to know if it is possible to create different navigation menus on the fly.

The idea is to have one domain, inside of this domain have 4 areas and each area has different navigation menu, not the default navigation menu that shows everything.

yes,this is possible, there are a number of menu components (e.g. snapsis) that you can use. It requires some skill though

I also suggest Snapsis CSS NavMenu, it has cool features and it loads faster than default menu. If you read documentation, you can configure your skin to have multiple menus. You can also get help from Snapsis Support forums.

Depending how you laid out your hierarchy it may be possible to simply set the Level on your navigation object to something like "child".

There is also the ability to specify a StartTabId if you need more flexibility.
