why if I upload my own skin I got no errors and once I tried to apply it to my portal I got this message

skins

No Skin Files Exist In Folder

I tried to upload free skins and they are working fine.

How did you upload the skin?  Did you make a standard skin package?  Did you just zip up the files and upload them?  Did you parse the package?

There are a lot of variables, a bit more information could help in getting to the root of your problem.

Wondering if you every resolved this problem.  I am experiencing the same thing.  I have read the, "Skinning Guide" cover to cover with no luck.
