I know this is the DNN forums but I've attempted to contact Jan at Traincert.net for quite a while now and have not been able to get through. So this is my last desparate hope that someone will see this and either be able to get in touch with him or confirm I'm not the only one experiancing the issue that I am as I am unable to log in. My organization purchased a subscription for me to use and have not been able to get in for a few months now. I've attempted emailing Jan via the feedback but that hasn't gone through or he hasn't been able to get/read my emails. I really enjoy these videos but I'm not sure if I'll be able to convince my organization to renew the subscription if I can't log in. I've attempted to use the password reminder but it is emailing it back to me as blank text with in the email. Also it just forwards me back to the main page saying. A crtical error has occured. Input string was not in correct format.

I was wondering if anyone has been having issues logging in to a subscription account on traincert.net?
