I used the repository to upload 8 files over a span of about 30 minutes. The repository directory is secure. I have not changed anything with the directories since I uploaded these files, but now only the last four files work. Please help!

I am also having the same problem. I get this error A critical error has occurred. Could not find file 'C:\inetpub\vhosts\domain_name\httpdocs\Portals\0\Repository\filename' whenever I download a file. The repository folder is a secure one. The download works for some where as does not work for others.

One  thing I have noticed is when I can change the skin of a working repository module
from available template  to a modified template, the download does not work and it does not work even if I change the skin back to available templates.
