I have upgraded to 4.6 and when I go to the manage lists screen, and try to add a new list I get the following error. I can get to the list screen and see all of the lists that are available, I can update, edit, and delete list items, but I cannot add a new list. Any Ideas?

A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I encounter the same problem

Is this a known bug and is there a solution?

Thanks.

Ivan
