Hi all,

actually I'm trying to implement session sharing in my work and i tried the way German Gachevski did that (u can find it in http://www.rochester-consulting.com/german+gachevski.aspx?EntryID=22), many thanks to his effort in that mmm it's working but unfortunately this will make all applications in my computer shares the same session, because the stored procedure takes a hard-coded values of Application ID and Name....

the case is that am looking for a way to make the stored procedure diffrentiates between applications based on APPLICATION NAME attribute in the ADD PROVIDER tag placed in web.config:
<membership>
 <providers>
  <add name="AspNetSqlMembershipProvider"
             type="System.Web.Security.SqlMembershipProvider, System.Web, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a"
             connectionStringName="LocalSqlServer"
             enablePasswordRetrieval="false"
             enablePasswordReset="true"
             requiresQuestionAndAnswer="true"
             applicationName="test"
             requiresUniqueEmail="false"
             passwordFormat="Hashed"
             maxInvalidPasswordAttempts="5"
             minRequiredPasswordLength="7"
             minRequiredNonalphanumericCharacters="1"
             passwordAttemptWindow="10"
             passwordStrengthRegularExpression=""/>
 </providers>
</membership>

can anybody help in that plz??

plus if redirected to another page in another machine it doesnt share the same session, it creates a new ssession!!!!! can anyone help in this too??

Thanks alot :)
