I have several static HTML pages that use the URLRewrite to point at the correct web page.  I used the following in the config file:

    <RewriterRule>
      <LookFor>.*/page_name.html</LookFor>
      <SendTo>~/Default.aspx?TabId=123</SendTo>
    </RewriterRule>

However, the page would not render until I allowed IIS to send HTML pages to the ASPX handler.  While this is not really a good thing to do from a security standpoint, it worked - or so I thought.  Doing this broke the FCKeditor.  The editor itself would not be rendered anymore.

I have since rolled back my IIS config.  Now, these static HTML pages are met with an HTTP 404 error since the ASP.Net application cannot see them yet.  So...  How can I get this to work properly?
