I installed 4.6 as a clean install yesterday using SQL 2K. I tested it locally first and it worked fine. The install on the server reported no problems. But now my site is having two issues (no idea if they are related).

1. There is some Copyright text and even code at the top of every page (see below for the text).

2. The Module Definitions page has two errors loading both the Module Definitions and the Module Definitions Validator. See below for errors.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
