Brad,

I was able to solve my growing Broadcasts table issue. I posted my issue and solution at the following link

The Web Farm Support document gives some information though there are a couple of errors in it.

The only other suggestion I would have as to figuring out what is going on is to look at the code of the provider. That is the only way I could make headway.
