A user in our network has the problem that every page is empty for him. I even made him administrator to test it out .. and even with administrator rights all the modules are empty for him. I thought lets remove the user in Dnn. But i get a failure. Just a small red message saying remove failed. Nothing can be seen in the log files :( I do however get the mail that a user has been deleted.

But the user still is in the database .

How do i manually remove this user in the dnn sql database  and what are the asociated fields i need to look out for while removing it ( due to the AD module).

Any help is apreciated

I have see this problem when "design mode" is activated, it was a frustrating problem.  I deleted and re-added the user and it would work for awhile and then it would happen again and again.  Finally (with some help) I discovered that she was activating design mode repeatedly, all all she had to do was turn it off.

you were right about the desing button. was this a known problem in 4.6.2 ?

As in 4.7 it seems te resolved itself.

But i still cant delete users !

Something is hindering me from deleting them with succes.

I don't know if you would necessarily call it a "problem" as that's the intended use of design mode (to be able to see what the site looks like without the modules being filled).

As for the delete, are you getting any errors showing up in the Event Viewer when you try to delete a user? Are all their required profile properties filled in (a thought that just occured to me)? The user deletion uses the stock DNN user deletion code and I've had no problems deleting AD users on my dev and production sites.
