This is absolutely unreal! The link on the homepage simply takes you to the download page, the last newsletter on the DNN site is Vol III # 5 that announces 4.5.2. I subscribe to the newsletters and NO mention has been made of 4.7. This project has its collective head up its butt!

Yes I agree that the newsletters need to be updated here on the site as I know that I don't always get them myself for some reason or another.

From what I can tell thus far 4.7.0 isn't causing major issues....but only time will tell.

<channelling Brian>And why the release with no dogfooding- or why the dogfooding with no notification?</channelling>

Errors I have seen here on the mothership lead me to believe we are still seeing 4.6.2...

Well, I subscribe too, and the last issue (vol III #9) was announcing v4.6.1.

As to your last sentence John, give it a rest. You are the one with your head in the wrong place.

For better or for worse, dnn corp was probably in a rush to release 4.7 so that it coincided with the first day of OpenForce.

...Imagine if MS had done the same thing for VS 2008
