SigmaPro 7.0 is a DotNetNuke module for Projects, Service Centers, Help Desks and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).  While it's easy to use to simplify your project management and support desks, it is also robust enough to handle anything you need.  Version 7 includes new integration features that bring everything together as a centralized CRM solution.  You can get going fast with predefined templates or modify every aspect of the system in order to custom fit it to your organization's needs.   Click Here for Screen Shots

  • Personal Folders:  Each user can now create personal folders to store items in for easy access.  This is a great feature to use when you want to organize items from multiple projects into one location.
  • Easy Filtering: Right-Click the task list column for a list of values to filter the list. 
  • New data selection options provide date filtering, ability to view all data in all projects and more.  Complete access to your data with a wide range of filtration options.
  • New Full Access custom permission added (set from the Settings module menu option) that grants a specific DotNetNuke Role complete access to all functions and data.
  • New Support Rating: Easily obtain customer feedback with this new rating system.  This feature appears when posting comments in the core SigmaPro module as well as the Help Desk module.
  • New Email Monitor: Allows file attachments to be stored in the database and accessed from the support ticket, new option to process email replies to existing tickets only, easily setup unlimited number of monitors for any projects, you can now easily view all emails that were processed and view the contents of the email as well as open the ticket that was generated from the email and more!
  • Comment Templates:  SigmaPro is even more customizable with comment templates to change the way comments appear in the core SigmaPro Module, Help Desk module and in emails.
  • You can now list all comments for a task in emails giving you full details without having to view it online.
  • New improved Email Template processing allows unlimited template size allowing you to create professional looking emails without any limitations.
  • Updated Project Details screen for easier editing.
  • New custom permissions available in the Settings module menu to grant access to editing the Knowledge Base, Project Administration, Full Access and Read-Only access to DotNetNuke Roles.
  • Automatic User Registration:  Adding SigmaPro to a page visible to everyone will display a registration form people can fill out to become registered on your site and logged in to request support.  This feature is available in both the core SigmaPro module and the Help Desk module.
