I'm having the same problem redirect loop on a Windows 2003 machine.

With trust="Full" it works, but I don't know if this is a good solution, any workaround to make it work with Medium Trust?

Also have the same problem on Server 2008, IIS7, and .NET 2.0 SP1.  I changed the trust level to Full and it bypassed the issue but for a production level website this isn't acceptible.  Any thoughts on how to resolve this problem and use a trust level lower than Full?
