Alright, I wasn't able to get the delete comment functionality working yet. It will probably be Monday before I get another beta release out there as I'm going to spend the next few days actually using my vacation for some outdoor fun with the family instead of the two days of coding I've done for the last two days.

If you guys find any other bugs please let me know.

Hi chris;

I have installed the latest Beta Wiki on my local machine and works ok.

But when i updated it to the live site, the installation should that it is all successfull, although when i try to add a wiki to a new page, it will show this error

The stored procedure 'dbo.Wiki_SettingsGetByModuleID' doesn't exist.

I am currently using the Ktomics wiki, but i would like to update to the new beta release, do u have an idea why am i getting this error ?

Thanks

There are some changes netween ktomics and this version if you follow the instructions at this post http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/forumid/70/threadid/135324/scope/posts/Default.aspx and upgrade first to the current stable wiki release then install the beta ( on a live server at your own risk, it is abeta afterall). That should at least eliminate the ktomics interferance issue ... not that there shoudl be any.

Yes thanks, I got it to work. What i did i uninstalled Ktomics and reinstalled the Beta Version. Works well now... Except :::;

There is a funny thing with the registered users editing the page, when i allow registered users to edit the wiki, they will get a big bar on the top pf the page, with a view and edit radio buttons. When they check edit, they are allowed to see the the add and edit links for the wiki.

If i disabled the wiki module settings and allow the users to edit through the wiki adminstartions, they don't have access at all.

If you want to see it... i could send me login details for gcuser.com

Thanks

I'll do some testing with the edit rights here before the next release to try and squash any issues.
