When attempting to mouseover the link, the whole page begins to shake. FireFox is not affected and when logged in as admin or host, error does not occur.

It only occurs when I have Disply Tooltip checked, in calendar month view, with IE 7, and logged in as a user other than Admin or Host.

It has to be a clash with a custom skin stylesheet. I have tested with the default skin and the behavior does not occur.

Any suggestions on where to start the debugging process?
