Will DNN Core team ever release a search control that works when javascript is disabled?

Consider two rules of web accessibility:

1. Javascript should degrade gracefully (i.e., any javascript actions should be a nice treat for those with it enabled but should not be critical to task completion. the user should be able to perform the task with JS disabled)

2. Search is the web user's favorite navigation tool, so it's important that search is robust, easy to use, and accessible.
