I know very little about web design so please be patient with me... I have hired two different individuals to design a skin for me but they both ran into challenges and gave up.  You can see the skin I'm trying to create here:

The challenge is that I want the user's browser window to automatically expand to the full size of their monitor while maintaining a specific position with some drop shadows.. However, The challenge is that the content must have the effect of scrolling UNDER the drop shadow.  An example of this can be found here:

If you know how to design skins and you are capable of overcoming this one obstacle I would love to hire you to build this ski. (and much more).
