Hi Amir what  do  you mean by saying "Correct the SqlDataProvider files"  I have the same problem  and I don't know what to do

I was able to fix this simply by dropping the database and then recreating it with the same name from Enterprise Manager (and re-adding the necessary user).  I didn't have to worry about the data providers or anything.  I think in my case it occurred because I had something not set up correctly, and then it had problems with duplicate keys when I fixed that and tried to reinstall.
