i want to use module made by dotnet 2003 and i want to open it in dotnet2005

how can i make it take all the library classes i guess that the error is that some lack of classes

the errors :

but the problem id not the version of the dotnetnuke module i guess that this is the version of the visual studio dot net or i don't know

i thing i understand it more

in the module which i want to modify in the code is in dlls files and when i compile give me errors i want to kow how to convert the .ascx.vb files to .dll files

and what is the problem which couse lack  of some dlls and give me this errors

when i try to run the module and choose from the menu Debug---->Start Debugging give me error message says

Visual studio cannot start debugging becouse the debug target 'D:\mayada\bin\Orizonti_NukeNews.dll ' is missing , please rebulid the project and retry , or set the outputpath and assembly name properties appropriately to point at the correct location for the target assembly

any help please,
